Tinnitus Relief: Causes & Natural Solutions That Work!

Tinnitus, often described as a ringing in the ears, can be a distressing condition. It’s characterized by a persistent noise within the ear, impacting the quality of life for many. While modern medicine may not have a definitive cure, understanding the underlying causes can pave the way for effective management.

The nervous system plays a crucial role in tinnitus. Individuals possess either a predominantly passive or excited nervous system. The passive system facilitates digestion, sleep, and relaxation, acting as the body’s “brake pedal.” Conversely, the excited nervous system triggers action, such as fighting or fleeing, akin to the “accelerator pedal.” Ideally, the body alternates between these states. However, an overactive excited nervous system can contribute to various health issues, including tinnitus.

Within the ear, delicate mechanisms govern balance. In cases of tinnitus, an unusual vibration occurs within the ear, leading to the perceived ringing. This can stem from two primary factors.

Firstly, an overgrowth of Candida fungus can be a significant contributor. Candida thrives in warm, moist environments like the ears, producing toxins that irritate the auditory system, triggering the vibrating sensation. Reducing sugar and refined carbohydrate intake can help control Candida levels.

Secondly, an overstimulated nervous system can exacerbate tinnitus. Those with a highly active nervous system tend to have heightened senses, making them more susceptible to internal vibrations. Calming the nervous system through dietary adjustments can provide relief.

To alleviate tinnitus, consider reducing carbohydrates to combat Candida overgrowth. Additionally, adopt a diet that soothes the nervous system. Prioritize vegetables, magnesium, and potassium while minimizing calcium, fats, and salt. This dietary shift can help reduce the internal vibrations associated with tinnitus.
