1. Increase Water Intake: Drinking ample water helps dilute acids and promotes their elimination from the body through urination.
2. Implement Dietary Changes: Focus on reducing the intake of foods high in carbohydrates, such as bread, rice, potatoes, and sugary items, as these contribute to elevated glucose levels.
3. Supplement with Magnesium and Potassium: These minerals possess alkaline properties that help neutralize excess acid in the body.

By adopting these strategies, individuals can effectively manage their glucose levels, reduce acid buildup, and alleviate foot pain and burning sensations. These measures can contribute to overall well-being and potentially prevent further damage to the feet.
