If the food isn’t an aggressor, the blood glucose level should remain relatively stable, with a slight increase within a normal range (e.g., from 83 mg/dL to around 90-100 mg/dL).

However, if the food is an aggressor, the blood glucose level will exhibit a significant spike, often reaching levels of 145 mg/dL, 150 mg/dL, or even 200 mg/dL after two hours. This dramatic increase indicates that the food is causing a negative reaction in the body.

While the most common aggressor foods are often wheat, rice, and corn (TAM), intolerances can vary widely. Some individuals may react to tomatoes, lettuce, chicken, beef, milk, or even seemingly healthy foods like almonds. The key is to identify one’s specific triggers.
